- OMOleksandr Medovoi6 days ago1.0We had a disappointing experience at this store. Our family loves LEGO, and we’ve visited this location a few times before. On this visit, we spent over $1,000 on two large sets: Minas Tirith and The KISS. The current promotion offered a Halloween set with purchases over $100. We explained that Halloween conflicts with our family’s values and asked whether another small item could be substituted. We also asked whether our younger children could choose four small minifigures instead, but that request was not addressed. We were told that management was aware of the situation and would not offer an alternative. We understand that promotions have rules, and we did not expect a particular free item. What disappointed us was the lack of care in responding to a family with a sincere concern. LEGO speaks about caring for children and creating a welcoming experience for its fans. This visit felt out of step with that spirit, especially compared with the warm experiences we’ve had here before. We left with our purchase, but also with a very different impression of this store.
- LVLindsay Wise (Ambient Vacations)Sep 22, 20264.0It's pretty good. Some stuff is over priced but they have a good amount of stock and then stuff you can't get online anymore. They also had a good amount of stuff on clearance but it's only like 10% off. Better then nothing. Staff is nice. They looked like they were having a good time.
