- GSGeoff SavageApr 6, 20261.0I have shopped at citi trends across the south for years . NO ONE has ever treat me like the manager Tracy,, all over returning an item , ( that i just bought, 30 seconds prior) because the item was broke , the item was advertised as waterproof but the buttons were peeled up when i opened the package. Tracy acted very rude from the get go, finding myself saying sorry for returning an item, she gaslit me, to make me feel like it was suddenly my fault that products SHE manages are absolute crap, then she made a big deal about not doing the return if she didnt have my phone number, thats NEVER been a thing before i have shopped at citi trends for longer than she has worked there , i know for a fact at that point she was just lying , also making a shrewd comment under her breath along the lines of "stupid white boy", so I WILL be contacting legal support , alongside corporate .. this store used to be organized ,and did real well, she is the only worker i have ever had problems with at ciri trends, just know you messed with the wrong person mam , hope you have a good day
