  Excellent service! Edwin the technician responded quickly and replaced the water hose under my kitchen sink after it developed a leak. The repair was completed efficiently. I really appreciated the prompt response. Highly recommend!

  I had such an amazing experience shopping at Windsor, thanks to Kamora! She helped me pick out a perfect outfit. She made me feel extremely comfortable, understood exactly what I wanted, and perfectly executed the outfit I had desired! If you decide to come to Windsor and need outfit advice definitely ask for Kamora! 10/10 experience and I will be coming back!!

  This place has some of the rudest workers I have ever met! They don’t greet you when you come in. They don’t ask you if you need any help they ignore you and then my daughter put a vest on over the top of her T-shirt and the girl at the desk screamed at us from across the room that we were not allowed to try on clothes outside of the fitting room. First of all, we weren’t trying on clothes we put a vest on over the top of a T-shirt. It is outerwear. Second of all, it is very rude to scream at customers from across the store. Then I decided to leave because she was rude and she made a smart remark in front of my girls to her coworker that if I had something to say, I should come and tell her so I did and she screamed at me and called me names. She needs to be fired. You can watch the video she was working on Monday morning, May 4 at 12:00 PM at Town Center, Mall in Kennesaw Georgia. This place needs to fire this girl or they will never see my business again and I shop there often!

  This neighborhood is so peaceful and beautiful! I had very few issues and man I have to say the maintenance team is always there to help! I want to thank specifically Luis and Tony for helping me out. Also, Edwin is always so nice and willing to do anything to make sure everything is good. I appreciate everyone here 💞

  It's not often that you're met with genuine care and kindness but I experienced that yesterday at Windsor in Town Center mall. My daughter had a gala to attend and the alterations shop was closed for emergency and we couldn't get the dress. As I walk into Windsor, Tiffany and Kamora went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress! They were sincere and extremely caring. This might have been a small gesture for them but it came at a time when I truly needed it. I'll always remember this experience and make Windsor my first stop the next time we need a dress!
