    My experience was nothing less than fabulous. Alyssa helped me through my shopping process and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She took her time, helped me with options and I walked away with more than I had hoped for and a pricing I was amazed with.

    Shane Co is the best jewelry store I have ever been to. The customer service is superb, and I have been welcomed and taken great care of every time I have visited. One of the workers, Lizzie, was especially helpful, friendly, and efficient. All of the workers I have encountered there have been equally amazing. Shane Co does not pressure customers into buying anything; I have both browsed and bought here and was treated the same during both visits. This company is very professional and I would recommend that everybody buy their jewelry here. My fiance and I are beyond the thrilled with the engagement ring and wedding bands we got. They are beautiful pieces, and Shane Co provides great care for them for life. We love Shane Co!

    Before today, I would have given Shane 15 out of 5 stars. We have always had an excellent experience and excellent customer service. As you can see, today my rating is 1 star. If there were a 0 option I would pick that. About a year ago, I needed to get my wedding rings resized. I explicitly asked when we dropped them off, “Will sizing them weaken my rings?” I was assured with a a resounding, “No,” that this would not happen. At the time, I had gained a little weight because of medication I was having to take. If I had been told that sizing would weaken my rings, I would have opted out of sizing and worn them on my right hand. I’d have just waited to wear them on my left hand until I was off the medication and my hand swelling went down. The point is, I had another option, but I was assured this would not weaken my rings. Within two months of having them back, my wedding band cracked. I dealt with this for several months (we live three hours away from Shane but generally love them so much we don’t mind making the drive) and finally was able to drop my wedding back off to be fixed. Again, I was assured this was an easy fix and it would be ready soon. I dropped it off in March or April and was able to finally make the trip back up to pick it up today. My ring was severely misshapen. Yes, the crack was “fixed,” but last I checked wedding rings are circles-not circles with points. There was a large bump on the band, it was not a circle, and I asked could it be fixed. They rushed to fix it today before I had to leave town. That was nice. However when I went to pick it up, the bump was mostly fixed (you can still feel it so not totally fixed) and it is still not a circle. As you can imagine I was severely disappointed. The man who I spoke to this time around acted like it was no big deal. My husband called Shane Co when he got off work today. I was not able to talk to them anymore with out crying. I feel like they’ve ruined my wedding band. This is not some random ring. It’s my wedding band. My husband was basically told that it can be made into a circle again and just to bring it back. So now I have to make ANOTHER three hour trip to drop it off for a third time and am supposed to trust that this is the time it’s going to be right? If there were a way to make it circular why was that not done earlier today when they knew how upset I was about it being bumpy and pointy? Very low trust at this point. I don’t know what the fix is but I don’t feel like this is an adequate fix. I’ve now spent countless dollars making trips back and forth to Atlanta to go to the store. I’ve had a messed up wedding band for nearly a year. And now they tell me “just drop it off again” - that’s another trip - likely several months from now. Then I’ll have to leave it with them for at least a month while I try to plan another trip to Atlanta for pickup. They did offer to ship it but as you can imagine I do not trust that it will be right - I’d like to see it in person. The most frustrating part is that this all could have likely been prevented if I’d been given an honest answer when I point blank asked if sizing my rings would cause problems. Like I said, I don’t know what the fix is, but saying drop it off again isn’t it.

    My girlfriend and I had an incredible experience at Shane Co. on Barrett. We went in shopping for engagement rings with little idea of what we wanted. Cortlin and Lizzie were both immensely helpful in picking out different styles that vibed with what we liked. They are both so knowledgeable and experts in picking out rings that speak to their clients. They even keep in contact with you throughout the process, making sure everything is going smoothly during such an exciting time.

    I wanted to have my mom’s fingerprint engraved on a necklace I had made for this reason, having just lost her, my soulmate. Angelique Lopez was the associate that greeted me and immediately helped me. But it was not just the ease through which she made this difficult request so much easier for me, it was the way she reached out as a human being, having lost her own mother. We shared a very special tender moment and I felt like I wasn’t in a store at all, but a place that was so embracing and caring. Angelique, I want you to know I will never forget that moment. I am so grateful for your help in making my necklace the perfect remembrance of my mum so I can hold her close to my heart. I know you were recently promoted and I am not surprised at all. The world needs more like you. ❤️
