  We had a fantastic experience at Shane Co. Brandon was amazing! We were shopping for a 30th anniversary ring and while we found many that we loved, we ended up with one Brandon brought out from the back. He could have only chosen such a perfect ring for me because he really listened to my comments about every ring I tried on. Having someone really listen to you makes all the difference in the world. I would highly recommend Shane Co, and Brandon.

  Brandon and Cheryl were so great throughout the entire process! We came in with a budget and what we liked, and they made sure we left with something we loved! The warranty, layaway and financing options are all amazing! Would recommend to anyone looking!!

  This jewelry store is so disappointing. I have never seen a company so unwilling to help fix a problem. I took my mom to Shane Co this morning to see about having her stone replaced due to damage at the mounting prongs. I had recently been to my jeweler who is a gemologist, to get the ring appraised. They told me about the damage done to the stone that when the stone was set it was crushed the way it was mounted. This shouldn’t have surprised me due to the original stone that was picked out they shattered. So imagine the disappointment finding out the stone is worthless except for sentimental value. They told me they no longer carry this type of stone due to them breaking. That in itself tells me they knew they had problems with them. Yet no help from them. They said they can send it to Colorado but I would have to pay for the replacement if they could fine one. No they should be replacing the stone, after everything I would never trust them to buy another stone from them. How unreliable. I recommend everyone to find a real gemologist and not use this chain store.

  Always great service without the typical jewelry store pressure. These folks stand by their work with complimentary cleaning and service. We've bought many pieces from them over the years and have had a great experience every single time. Highly recommend.
