  I came in with an odd request - to please make my center stone not so high on my ring and get rid of the clunky crown it sat on. It snagged on everything. I didn't think it was cute and the amount of metal that showed under the diamond was driving me crazy. Then, I met this awesome guy named Dave!! He showed me these new crowns so I wouldn't have to downsize my diamond to take away the clunky look, let me ask a million questions, and today was the day to see the ring! Guess what? Dave was 100% on point with the crown modifications. I love my ring so much more now and will forever ask for him when I go to visit the store.

  A Small Gesture Goes a Long Way I came in to purchase a few pieces, and after no one approached me for a while, I’ll be honest—I was about to leave. I have purchased many, many 14K gold pieces from this company, and I’ve been here several times before. I’ve also worked with Kelly, Sam, and Kayla in the past, and while they’ve all been wonderful, no one had ever offered to clean my jewelry. Then Brandon approached me. He was patient, kind, and incredibly professional. What really stood out to me was that he offered to clean all of the pieces I wear daily—without me even mentioning it. His attention to detail was impeccable. That small gesture made such a huge impact on me. As the Business Development Manager for a large company, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service and the lasting impact it can have on customers. It’s often the little things that make the biggest difference. We need more Brandons, for sure! THANK YOU, BRANDON, FOR JUST BEING YOU! ❤️

  Great service. Brandon did more than he needed to in order to make sure I left happy. It’s hard to beat the lifetime warranty that they offer, especially when using it is frictionless!
