  Basic self serve shoe store with large selection for men, women, & children. Large clearance section in the back. Lots of restaurants near by.

  Ive been disappointed. Dsw used to have wonderful shoes. There were so many to choose from. Now not able to find anything. It probably isn't DSW fault. Designers not putting out beautiful shoes anymore. Sad

  Jason is not educational when it comes to women’s shoes. He should not the ONLY manager available and there should another manager at the facility at all times that is knowledgeable when it comes to shoesthere was a shoe that was clearly worn, With 10 days written on the shoe meaning it was previously returnedyou can clearly see the scuffs, but he said since the heel looks fine, nobody wore the shoe after we’ve already found grass at the bottom of the shoe he acts like he owns DSW I am so big at customer service it can make or break your experience if there is a problem with the shoe all you have to do is your job and make it right He had an attitude and acted like he was doing me a Favor When I just want them to do, what’s right, this has put a bad taste in my mouth is disgusting the way people act towards you when you spend money I wonder if another woman came in here opposite skin tone, and I had a problem with her shoe if he would fix the issue easily or give her a problem too
