    Skip it. There is no intelligence in how items are priced compared to new, in box - for example, some scratch and dent items are the same price or higher than the current sale price on the website for new product. Several items that show available on the website couldn't be found. I was particularly interested in a $11k refrigerator that was deeply discounted, so I drive out there primarily to see that piece in person but they could only show it on a pallet, all wrapped up so there was no way to see any damage or current condition that would justify the pricing. The staff said I could buy it and if I'm not happy with it once it is delivered and unboxed, they could pick it back up within 15 days. Based on the other reviews about their 3rd party delivery provider, that's a hard pass. Also, they said they don't know if anything has a factory warranty and it comes down to if it has been registered with the factory by someone else so of course, they push their in-house warranty. They did offer to hold it for me, so I tried to call back when I couldn't make it there due to storm damage and you cannot reach anyone at the store - you get an overseas sales team that cannot reach anyone at the physical location and they know nothing about holds. They also raised the price of the unit I had on hold within one business day and wouldn't honor the original price. This is not a serious business, so swipe your credit card at your own risk.

    Having incorrect hours for your customers after you drive 40 min is almost stupid. Better customer service make better rating

    Drove an hour and half to buy a dryer, was told new out of box, item was had a small dent and a few scratches, so they discount it. Came home and hook it up, did a load of laundry the dryer is a day old and doesn't not heat up at all it was high.
