TERRIBLE customer service , racist staff honestly ,followed my mother and my neighbor around the store as if they were doing something bad , yelled at them, and proceeded to tell my mother to tell my special needs sibling to “behave” , they shouldn’t treat ppl differently just bc we look diff and bc we speak another language , pls be mature 💀

Store 573 the manager on duty forgot to ring up an item on one of my layaways. It was a light skinned female. She rolled her eyes and was like oh well you wanna get it? It wasn’t my fault she forgot . A pair of shoes in the plateau didn’t fit so I wanted a refund. I was told I couldn’t get a refund exchange only. After I exchanged down to 11 cents, I was told you want to use it for something else. The same light skinned woman walked over told the dark skinned man he couldn’t do a refund but she could. This the same issue as before they could do a refund they were being nasty. The dark skinned man place a dime on the counter and I said it was 11 cents he then told me she rounded it down. I have one more layaway here and I will never return! They did all of this in front of 4 small children and very unprofessional.

That light skin with the blonde hair cashier attitude so nasty . She made me wait at least 10 mins to be checked out because I spoke up for myself. After I waited at register for so long she then called from across the store and asked was I ready like I was standing at the register for my health . Then had the nerve to be on the phone ordering a two piece from Popeyes as she is checking me out . Decent customer service is just so hard to come by nowadays.

I visited this store on July 6, 2026, at approximately 6:41 p.m., and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the store manager, a light-skinned woman with blonde-brown hair with curly hair. Manager name was Kyra. Within less than 10 minutes of arriving, she began following me and my sister around the store and accused us of something we did not do. We calmly asked her to review the security camera footage and even told her to call the police if she truly believed we had done something wrong. We had nothing to hide and wanted the situation handled fairly based on facts rather than assumptions. What made the situation even more upsetting was that she questioned whether we were underage, even though we are both adults over the age of 21. We came to shop like we always do and expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Instead, we felt singled out, watched, and unfairly judged. As regular shoppers, we have never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or be falsely accused while simply shopping. Good customer service requires treating everyone with fairness, respect, and professionalism. I will be reporting this incident to the corporate office because I believe managers should be held to a higher standard. After reading other customer reviews, I noticed that I am not the only person who has had concerns about this manager's behavior. That is very concerning and suggests this may not be an isolated incident. I sincerely hope the company reviews the security camera footage from the time of our visit, addresses this matter appropriately, and provides additional training to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. No customer should leave a store feeling embarrassed, falsely accused, or unwelcome. I will never go to this location again.
