  I ordered an arrangement for a friend's birthday. She only received a partial order. I submitted a complaint on their website and never heard back. This location does not meet the expectation of the brand, nor the value for money. You get what they give you and that's it. I will not be ordering from the location again.

  They did my order perfectly. They were very communicative about the process and answered all of my questions.

  The worst location ever I would give zero stars if I could The fruit was warm when it finally arrived, which was supposed to been hours ago, I had to keep calling the worker, couldn’t understand why the fruit wasn’t delivered as well after hours of saying it’s on its way… horrible packaging. They have no communication look like they just threw everything together

  Ontime delivery but the quality of product was not up to par. The flowers looked wilted as if they saved them from mothers day and the chocolate covered strawberries spoiled within 24 hours. might as well had bought a gift card.

  Very unprofessional, I placed an order for a one hour delivery on Friday, April 24, 2026 at approximately 10:30 AM. When I went to check the app to see why I had not received a delivery confirmation email on Thursday the next week, six days later, the app still read out for delivery. When I called the store to figure out why it had not been delivered, the manager lied and said that it had been delivered and because they were using a third-party delivery service. They are not obligated to send confirmation for delivery emails. I will never order from the store again, she did give me a refund after she got caught up in her lie. I had to drive up to the store to pick up the order that I wanted and personally deliver it to my son‘s teacher for his birthday and teacher appreciation week. And all of my years of using edible arrangement I have Never had such an unpleasant experience. Had I not ever called to check on the order, those people would have kept my money and would not have even bothered to deliver my son’s teachers arrangement.
