I had a very disappointing experience with 910. My husband originally ordered an Edible Arrangement for me as a gift. Unfortunately, when I received it, I noticed that the fruit was extremely sour instead of sweet. Several of the strawberries appeared to be spoiled, and the chocolate was already melting. Overall, the quality and presentation did not meet the standards I expected from Edible Arrangements.I initially tried to complete the customer satisfaction survey but had difficulty submitting it, so I called the store directly. I spoke with a team member named Karly, who was very sympathetic. She apologized and told me she would make things right. She said she has to contact her delivery driver and would call me back.However, I never received that call.
Instead, while I was in the middle of unpacking after moving into my new home, there was an unexpected knock at my door. A delivery driver handed me another arrangement and immediately left. I had no idea another delivery was coming because no one contacted me beforehand.The replacement arrangement was also disappointing. Instead of replacing my original order, Karly chose a completely different arrangement without consulting me. Because my mother has passed away, she selected an all-white arrangement with white chocolate. While I understand she may have intended it as a thoughtful gesture, I personally do not like white chocolate, and that choice should have been confirmed with me before sending it. Additionally, the chocolate was melting again, likely because the arrangement had been sitting in the heat during delivery.
I called Karly and explained that although I appreciated her intentions, I was under the impression that my original arrangement would simply be remade with fresh fruit and proper presentation. I also expressed that it made me uncomfortable that a delivery was sent to my home without any prior notification or confirmation. As someone who had just moved to a new town, I did not know who was knocking at my door, and I believe customers should always be notified before someone is sent to their residence.
Karly apologized and told me she would try to fix the situation again by sending the driver back. Shortly afterward, she called back and said she first needed to speak with her manager. I was confused because she had already assured me she would resolve the issue, yet now everything depended on management approval. She told me she would get back to me.days passed,& I heard nothing.
I eventually called the store myself. The employee who answered said, “Oh yes, Karly told me about a customer complaining about an order and that she had to speak to the manager, but I don’t know what’s going on between you and Karly.” I found that comment to be dismissive, unprofessional, and insensitive. After waiting even longer without any follow-up, I called again on July 1. Karly answered and informed me that she had just returned to work and had spoken with her manager, Rick. She said she showed him our text messages nothing more the store would do.

I ordered from Edible Arrangements specifically because they guaranteed delivery on Father’s Day by 9:00 PM. The order never showed up that day, and I got zero notification that anything had gone wrong. I only found out the next day after calling the store myself, that it still hadn’t been delivered.
When I called, the representative told me the delivery driver most likely ate the strawberries and that she’d remake my order. That’s a wild thing to hear as an explanation, and it still doesn’t excuse the fact that I was never proactively told my Father’s Day gift wasn’t coming.
On top of that, every detail of the order was wrong: the delivery date, the strawberries (which were supposed to say “Best Dad Ever” and didn’t), the balloons, and the flowers. Nothing about what arrived even indicated this was meant to be a Father’s Day delivery.
I get that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication combined with every single detail being botched is what really soured this experience. If something goes wrong, tell your customers, don’t make them chase you down. Disappointed, especially given the occasion, horrible.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this location. I placed an order on May 2nd for a delivery scheduled for May 9th. On May 3rd, I proactively called the store to clarify the delivery protocol. I was explicitly told that if no one was home, the driver would first call the recipient, and if they couldn't be reached, they would call me, the customer.
Unfortunately, neither of those things happened. The arrangement was left on the front steps without any notification to either party. I only discovered this because I had to call the recipient to see if they had heard anything because the tracker stated “delivered”.
The lack of communication and failure to follow the delivery process we discussed is unacceptable, especially for a perishable gift. I expected much better coordination and professional service.
