- SBSusan BurkeJun 25, 20261.0“DO NOT” order from the Evans location! My sister lives out of town and ordered an arrangement for my parent’s 65th wedding anniversary! She discussed on the phone exactly what she wanted for this very special occasion! It was delivered and I sent her a photo of what was received. The container was an actual mug and not the container she requested. The pineapple was not ripe and the cantaloupe was so hard with zero flavor. My sister called to communicate her displeasure with the entire arrangement and the woman she spoke with had a major attitude. She offered a replacement but at this point my sister requested a refund. The woman proceeded to tell my sister that the arrangement would have to be returned to the store in order to receive the refund. I promptly returned the arrangement the next morning and the refund was issued back to my sister’s credit card! This is the kicker - after making me return the arrangement the credit goes back on my sister’s card five days later and they did not credit the entire amount. They kept the $17.00 delivery fee! If I could have given ZERO stars I would have! Terrible customer service and a terrible product! Completely outrageous what is charged for fruit that is not ripe! I hope keeping that delivery fee was worth losing a customer and receiving a scathing review!
