WHERE IS ERICA?! LANE BRYANT CAMP CREEK IS NOT THE SAME WITHOUT HER! I walked into Lane Bryant Camp Creek expecting to see the same familiar face I have grown accustomed to seeing, and immediately I had one question: WHERE IS ERICA?! I looked around the store. No Erica. I asked about her because honestly, when I think about this Lane Bryant location, Erica is one of the first people who comes to mind. For those of us who have shopped here regularly, you know exactly who I’m talking about. Erica was the employee everybody seemed to know. You could walk into the store and hear customers calling, “Erica!” from different directions because they wanted HER help. She knew her customers. She remembered us. She knew how to help you find something that looked good, made you feel comfortable, and most importantly, made you feel CONFIDENT. So again… WHERE IS ERICA? Because something is definitely missing from this store. It’s the energy. It’s the warmth. It’s that familiar smile. It’s the feeling of walking through the door and knowing someone is genuinely happy to see you. IT’S ERICA. Companies sometimes don’t realize how important certain employees become to their customers. We don’t just remember the name on the building—we remember the PEOPLE who made us want to keep coming back. And Erica was one of those people. She wasn’t simply ringing up purchases. She was building relationships with customers. She made people feel seen, appreciated, beautiful, and valued. That’s why her absence is noticeable. You cannot have someone give that much of themselves to a store and its customers and expect nobody to notice when suddenly they’re gone. WE NOTICED. Lane Bryant Corporate, I sincerely hope you understand what you had in Erica. Employees who create genuine customer loyalty are incredibly difficult to replace. I don’t know every detail surrounding why Erica is no longer there, so I won’t pretend that I do. But I know what I personally witnessed as a customer: EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. PROFESSIONALISM. KINDNESS. DEDICATION. And a woman who made customers feel like they mattered. So Lane Bryant Camp Creek, I have one simple question: WHERE IS ERICA?! Because this store just doesn’t feel like the same store without her. And wherever Erica is today, I hope she knows something: YOUR CUSTOMERS REMEMBER YOU. WE APPRECIATED YOU. WE NOTICED YOUR HARD WORK. And most importantly… WE NOTICED WHEN YOU WERE GONE. That may be the greatest compliment any employee could ever receive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ERICA, YOU WERE NEVER “JUST AN EMPLOYEE.” YOU WERE PART OF THE REASON WE CAME BACK.

Lane Bryant at Camp Creek Marketplace is located near Marshalls and 5 Below. The staff was super friendly, greeted me right away, and was very helpful at checkout. The store was clean, organized, and there's tons of parking right in front. I was looking for natural fabric dresses, but the selection was pretty limited and mostly synthetic. However, I found full cotton brief panties on sale 5 for $35.50 in solid and print colors. My total with tax came to $38.61, saving me $13, and I was able to enroll in their Lane Rewards program. While it's not the best spot for natural fabric dresses, it's great for undergarments and free bra fittings. I'd definitely recommend checking them out if you're shopping for plus-size items in the area, and I will go back again.

⭐ YOU DIDN’T JUST LOSE ERICA — YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER TOO I normally don’t take the time to write reviews like this, but what happened at Lane Bryant Camp Creek has bothered me so much that I couldn’t stay silent. Erica was more than just an employee standing behind a register. She was the HEART of that store. Every time I walked through those doors, Erica made me feel welcomed. She remembered her customers, took the time to help us, and made sure we left feeling good about our purchases. It didn’t matter how busy the store was—you could always hear somebody saying, “Erica!” because everyone knew she was the person who would get things done. I actually went to Lane Bryant to bring Erica a birthday gift. That’s how much of an impression this woman made on me as a customer. I wasn’t going there because I needed clothes. I went there because I wanted to show appreciation to someone who had shown me kindness and exceptional customer service every single time I visited. So imagine how I felt when I walked in and found out Erica was no longer there. I was SHOCKED. Then, after hearing that she was let go over something that allegedly wasn’t even her fault, my shock turned into complete disappointment. LANE BRYANT, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Do you understand how special it is to have an employee that customers actually come into your store specifically to see? Employees like Erica are the reason people become loyal customers. She represented your company with pride, professionalism, personality, and genuine care. You can’t teach somebody to have that kind of connection with people. And you certainly can’t just replace it. I sincerely hope someone at Lane Bryant Corporate takes the time to investigate what actually happened. Don’t just listen to one person’s version of the story. LISTEN TO ERICA. Look at the facts. Look at her history with the company. Talk to the customers who interacted with her. Find out what kind of employee she really was before deciding she deserved to lose her job. Because from where I’m standing, Lane Bryant didn’t just lose an employee. YOU LOST SOMEONE YOUR CUSTOMERS LOVED. And now you’ve lost one of those customers too. I have spent my money at this location because of the experience employees like Erica provided. After this, Lane Bryant Camp Creek will NEVER see me again. If Erica was treated unfairly, then fix it. DO THE RIGHT THING. INVESTIGATE WHAT HAPPENED. LISTEN TO HER SIDE. And if the facts show this decision was wrong— GIVE ERICA HER JOB BACK. Because that store simply will not be the same without her. SIGNED, A HEARTBROKEN, DISAPPOINTED & FORMER LANE BRYANT CUSTOMER
