  I’d give zero if I could. I understand that retail can be a harsh environment, but come on, it’s your job. I don’t expect you to kiss my feet, but helping when I ask a question or at least not making me wait while you stand in a circle talking in the middle of the store would be nice. I went in to return some of my $200 purchase, but everyone was so rude I returned it all. I left, but had to come back because I really needed an outfit, and when I asked for help with an item, they all looked at me like I spat on them. I’ll never step foot in this store again!

  I walked in here today looking for outfits i happily spoke to the lady at the desk since its never no greeting, she aint say nothing back rude as hell it be like that every time

  worst customer service ever. they were supposed to open at 12 and once we knocked on the window at 12:05, they rolled their eyes. also when checking out no one said hello and they were gossiping the entire time

  Very disappointing shopping experience. Upon entering the store, no one greeted me or offered assistance, despite three female staff members standing around chatting. I purchased a couple of dresses, but the experience at checkout was just as poor. The supervisor (Lesliee) who rang me up was rude, simply handed me the shopping bag - no greeting, no acknowledgment, no thank you. She was more focused on chatting with another staff member who was about to leave. I was left waiting for her to bag my purchase without any apology or explanation. With this level of attitude and disregard for customers, they clearly do not deserve to be in customer-facing roles. Terrible service overall. I would rate this a zero if that were an option.
