Not only did all my items (shoes, hats and clothes get cramped into one bag with no regards to the hats getting messed up or the clothes becoming completely wrinkled. Then when I asked for another bag, I was given one but with an attitude like I was the issue. Sad that I shop ALL Citi trends in South ga and as nice n clean as it is my experience made me not want to come back. By the way I shop Citi trends weekly through out!

This was my first time shopping at this store, it is a drive for me and will be for now on my to go to store. I would like to give stars to the manager Lisa Purnell whatever your doing you are doing great, Deidra Hall whom assisted me, spoke highly of her manger and her store and that speaks volumes.. thank you for caring about your customers 20 Stars ✨
