  Terrible customer service, including the lightskin curly haired one who has been working here for YEARS, always has a terrible attitude.Messy store, terrible clothing selection. Delusional about what they should and should not buy, offers terrible prices when they do accept something.

  Don’t try donating anything to this location. They’ll pass on brand new, barely worn clothes and shoes, yet their store is full of old and outdated styles. Don’t waste your time or gas

  Dropped clothes off at 12pm, never received a call or text.. had to call the next day and they spent time looking for it. Very unorganized and they didn’t buy anything.. some of my clothes still had tags on them. I don’t believe they even looked through anything

  Out of all the stores this location is the best every employee at this location is very helpful and great in energy. Jonathan the supervisor at this location maintains the store well and I’ve seen interactions with guest a A+ rating overall throughout store.

  I brought in clothes the other day and they offered me $16 and I declined, but then I added all of those that they offered me for back into a new bag and brought it back in today with new items as well and they didn’t take all of what they were going to last time and only offered $10 for some of that + expensive name brand items i brought in. it just seems like they are very wishy washy with what they take and it’s not the same with every employee.
