  SUCKS! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION THEY WILL INFORM YOU THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS TAKING CLOTHES BUT WILL TURN DOWN BIG BAGS AND HAVE THE CUSTOMER WAIT AND THEN SAY THAT THEY COULD NOT TAKE ANYTHING OUT OF BIG TRASH BAGS WASTING PEOPLES TIME. THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE DO NOT SELL HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU AS WELL. I HAVE SOLD A BRAND NEW PAIR OF SNEAKERS TO THEM AND A SHIRT AND WAS ONLY GIVEN 15 BUCKS . THEY WILL ALSO TELL YOU THAT THEY CANNOT TAKE SOME ITEMS DUE TO THE CLOTHING BEING HEAVILY USED BUT THEY WILL HAVE CLOTHING ON THE SHELVES THAT ARE STAINED AND DIRTY SHOES. IF THEY TAKE YOUR CLOTHES AND TEXT YOU WITHIN 15 MINUTES, YOU CAN TELL THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN THOROUGHLY LOOK AT THE CLOTHING UNLIKE OTHER PLATO’S THAT ACTUALLY TAKE THEIR TIME THIS PLATO’S DOESN’T AND WE’LL JUST SIMPLY RETURN THE CLOTHING AND SAY THAT THE CLOTHES ARE WORN OUT WHEN THEY ARE NOT. DO NOT RECOMMEND 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

  No. Please skip if you are trying to get rid of clothes. Better offers if you self sell or do more research.

  Terrible customer service, including the lightskin curly haired one who has been working here for YEARS, always has a terrible attitude.Messy store, terrible clothing selection. Delusional about what they should and should not buy, offers terrible prices when they do accept something.

  Don’t try donating anything to this location. They’ll pass on brand new, barely worn clothes and shoes, yet their store is full of old and outdated styles. Don’t waste your time or gas
