- CDChristopher Dowdell4 days ago1.0Please don’t waste your valuable time going to this location. Go to the Cumberland location instead, I repeat please go to the Cumberland location instead. I took my wife here to get fitted and possibly purchase some new bras. Only to be told that they cant help her, and she would have to figure it out on her own. Im not sure who the older woman was working there but she needs to know that she has the worst customer service skills in Georgia. After seeing the disappointment in my wife’s eyes, I quickly decided to call and ask the Cumberland location can they help my wife get fitted and of course they said yes. On my only day off i drove all the way from this location to the Cumberland store. Thankfully from the moment we walked in their door. We Received amazing customer service, they helped my wife get fitted, we purchased a couple new top and bottoms and they also had a sale going on. Im not big on writing reviews but i just pray that this Douglasville location learn a thing or two from the Cumberland location on business because they really dropped the ball today. From now on i know which Lane Bryant we wont be shopping at, and i pray if your reading this you and your family shop at other lane bryant locations aswell………….🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

My family and I travelled an hour to celebrate my wife birthday with a birthday shopping trip. It was pre planned with April. Hopefully all store locations are not the same.
