- ACAmanda CurtissMar 22, 20261.0I shop American eagle at least once a month. Ordered jeans that didn’t suit me, online. I tried to return them unworn, w receipt, w in the 30 days with a tag on them. They would not accept it bc the back tag wasn’t there. Funny once I left I was able to return them online and get instant credit. I will never shop this location w their unreasonable policies
- DGDulce GuerreroDec 20, 20252.0I came to do some Christmas shopping and when I was paying for my items, I realized the total was more than it was supposed to be. When I asked the cashier she checked and said she accidentally added a $5 donation to my receipt. Had I not realized then the donation would have stayed. She never asked me if I wanted to do a donation so it was not voluntary. She went ahead and did the reversal , but I am posting this so others can be aware.
