The arrangement was not delivered, and I have requested a cancellation of the order. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone at the store to verify that my refund will be processed.

The fruit is not fresh, not sweet, tastes and looks like it’s been sitting a long time, and I’m not impressed at all. No need to complain, just won’t be expecting any more deliveries from this place. Make your own decision. But you’ll have to spend $ first. They usually try to reel you in by the first delivery, but thereafter, See for yourself. The quality of products in American business are fading fast and it’s sad we have to rate services but ratings do help the economy.

They delivered my Valentine arrangement without the Ballon attached and ROTTEN, MOLDY STRAWBERRIES. Whoever dipped the strawberries knew they were moldy and rotten before they did this because as soon as I opened the box the mold was visible on multiple strawberries. So no way could they have not seen it. I reported them to the DeKalb Health Department and our credit card company. Don't waste your time, money, and risk possible illness ordering from them.
