I placed a Mother’s Day order for my grandmother, only for Mother’s Day to come and go with absolutely nothing delivered. No call, no email, no update… nothing. What made this even more frustrating was that the actual store never answered my calls. I kept trying to reach out and got nowhere. I literally had to call the corporate customer service number just to get help and request a refund because I couldn’t get in contact with anyone from the location itself. And after all of that? No extra compensation, no credit, no apology worth mentioning, nothing to make up for ruining my plans. A refund was the bare minimum because the order was never delivered in the first place. The crazy part is I’ve been ordering from Edible Arrangements for years and never had an issue like this, which honestly makes this even more disappointing. Meanwhile, I ended up going with Nothing Bundt Cakes as my backup option and had a great experience. Smooth process, no issues, and they actually came through when I needed a last-minute gift. I’ll NEVER use Edible Arrangements again after this. Completely ruined the experience.

The arrangement was not delivered, and I have requested a cancellation of the order. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone at the store to verify that my refund will be processed.
