  If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed. I placed a Mother’s Day order for my grandmother, only for Mother’s Day to come and go with absolutely nothing delivered. No call, no email, no update… nothing. What made this even more frustrating was that the actual store never answered my calls. I kept trying to reach out and got nowhere. I literally had to call the corporate customer service number just to get help and request a refund because I couldn’t get in contact with anyone from the location itself. And after all of that? No extra compensation, no credit, no apology worth mentioning, nothing to make up for ruining my plans. A refund was the bare minimum because the order was never delivered in the first place. The crazy part is I’ve been ordering from Edible Arrangements for years and never had an issue like this, which honestly makes this even more disappointing. Meanwhile, I ended up going with Nothing Bundt Cakes as my backup option and had a great experience. Smooth process, no issues, and they actually came through when I needed a last-minute gift. I’ll NEVER use Edible Arrangements again after this. Completely ruined the experience.

  There must be a change in ownership/management with this store. I have ordered Mother’s Day arrangements for years with no issues until 2026. The arrangement was not delivered, and I have requested a cancellation of the order. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone at the store to verify that my refund will be processed.

  Online hours say open at 8am. Scheduled pickup for 8:30am. Store door says open at 9am. Still waiting outside for Teacher’s arrangement for teacher appreciation week. No one showed up. Now, I have to figure out how to get a refund.

  Edible arrangements 173 at N Decatur Rd has the worst fruit arrangements as far as quality products. The fruit is not fresh, not sweet, tastes and looks like it’s been sitting a long time, and I’m not impressed at all. No need to complain, just won’t be expecting any more deliveries from this place. Make your own decision. But you’ll have to spend $ first. They usually try to reel you in by the first delivery, but thereafter, See for yourself. The quality of products in American business are fading fast and it’s sad we have to rate services but ratings do help the economy.
