The staff and store manager were extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. I visited the store to exchange a pair of sunglasses that I had purchased from another Sunglass Hut location. Instead of assisting me, they refused outright and told me to contact customer care. When I reached out to customer service, I was clearly informed that exchanges and returns can be handled at any Sunglass Hut store nationwide. However, when I returned with this information, both the manager and staff became argumentative and dismissive rather than trying to help. Their behavior was disrespectful and far from what you would expect from a customer-focused brand. This lack of coordination between stores and customer service, combined with the rude attitude, made the entire experience unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on how poorly they handle customer support and basic requests.
