- LBLaz BenitezJun 14, 20201.0My experience with this very negative and I decided to take my business elsewhere, we were walking into this store and a elderly person in front of us was refused entry because they were not wearing a mask. even after they stated they couldn’t wear one due to a medical disability, when the person requested to speak to a manager, the manager refused to speak with her. This was a clear violation of the Americans with disabilities act. I encourage the person to file a complaint with the federal government and the corporate office of Movado. The store manager refused to give her name and business card or corporate office phone number. I suggest everyone to take their business elsewhere, I did and so did the person that was discriminated against
