  Absolutely terrible customer service at Calvin Klein today. The bald male employee helping with our return was incredibly disrespectful and rude for no reason. We were returning a few shirts and shorts — not even half of what we originally bought — and he sarcastically said, “idk why you even went shopping if you were gonna return all of it.” The entire interaction was uncomfortable. He aggressively threw the returned clothes onto the counter behind him and kept huffing and puffing the whole time like we were inconveniencing him by simply making a normal return.

  Super rude and unpleasant staff. Can’t say I’m surprised to see other customers have faced similar or worse interactions with the same disgruntled male employee from past reviews. I find it comforting to know I’m not the only one who experienced this but it’s disappointing to know this same behavior will continue to happen. Not a welcoming environment.

  Deserves -100 stars!! I was shocked to find out that the woman who treated us so poorly is actually the Store Manager. While looking at t-shirts, she approached us with a visible eye-roll and an audible 'Oh god' because one shirt became unfolded while we checked the size. She began folding the pile aggressively while we were still standing there, making us feel like a nuisance rather than customers. As a manager, she should be setting the standard for service; instead, her condescending attitude made me want to leave immediately. I expect much better from Calvin Klein leadership.

  I will never will back to this store, I send my daughter to send me pictures of the clothes while I was working, and she was kicked out by the manger, he was so rude to her, she came crying… since when you are not allowed to take pictures? The worse!!! Horrible attitude towards a young girl.

  Rude customer service. Bald head guy is very rude to customers. He just says nothing is available and you can leave if you can’t find anything.
