  Had a horrible experience in this store today which I always shop! Was attempting to try on a shirt in the dressing room and heard a bald guy yelling at my wife about trying on a shirt! He was very rude and it almost got physical! He was saying if I tried on a shirt I was gonna buy it,I was confused! I hope upper management get this because I have never been treated like this in the store and I am very upset I tried to keep my cool! No customer should be treated this way!!!!

  I had the worst experience at the store (Calvin Klein) today me and my children were walking into the store. We had just bought some Auntie Anne’s pretzels so being children they were eating them in the store. Then all of the sudden across the store I hear a bald guy (maybe a manger) yell at them. He said “ladies you can’t eat in here because you tend to touch the clean clothes”. First off my kids are old enough to know not to touch clean cloths if your hand are dirty especially with sugar all over them. Second off I’m not even upset that he said that because I understand but there are better ways to express that then to yell across the store in front of customers and making them feel embarrassed.

  Absolutely terrible customer service at Calvin Klein today. The bald male employee helping with our return was incredibly disrespectful and rude for no reason. We were returning a few shirts and shorts — not even half of what we originally bought — and he sarcastically said, “idk why you even went shopping if you were gonna return all of it.” The entire interaction was uncomfortable. He aggressively threw the returned clothes onto the counter behind him and kept huffing and puffing the whole time like we were inconveniencing him by simply making a normal return.

  Super rude and unpleasant staff. Can’t say I’m surprised to see other customers have faced similar or worse interactions with the same disgruntled male employee from past reviews. I find it comforting to know I’m not the only one who experienced this but it’s disappointing to know this same behavior will continue to happen. Not a welcoming environment.
