My best friends cupcake was turned sideways, the ribbon was ugky and looked like a 2 year old did it, the cellophane was foggy and wrinkled, the fruit was falling over the greenery was falling into the bottom of the arrangement… the whole thing was a horrible mess! The only good part was the balloon. I have emailed for customer service to make this right or help make it better for me seeing I spent $70 to try to make my best friends birthday special and they made it horrible! But they will not respond to me and have not respond to me at all in 2 weeks or more. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY EVER! I will NEVER use this service ever again!
