  I recently visited the Gold Shop in Dahlonega to have the battery replaced in a very special watch of mine, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Lisa greeted me with kindness and directed me to Rachel, who went far above and beyond what I expected. Not only did Rachel replace the battery, but she also took the time to carefully set the correct time, date, and light functions, making sure everything was perfectly adjusted before handing it back to me. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care they showed was truly refreshing. It never felt like I was just another customer—they treated both me and my watch with respect and sincerity. It's rare to find people who take such pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile without hesitation. Thank you, Lisa and Rachel, for providing such outstanding customer service. Because of your kindness and dedication, I will gladly return for any future jewelry or watch needs and will highly recommend the Gold Shop in Dahlonega to my family and friends.

  We drive an hour just to come to the Dahlonega Gold Shop, and that alone should tell you how highly we think of this place! Every visit is an outstanding experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to answer our questions. There’s never any pressure—just great service, honest information, and people who genuinely seem to care about their customers. It’s rare to find a business that earns enough trust and loyalty that you’re willing to drive an hour when there are plenty of other options closer to home, but the Dahlonega Gold Shop has absolutely earned ours. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and welcoming place to buy or sell gold, jewelry, coins, or precious metals, we highly recommend them. For us, they are well worth the drive, and we’ll continue coming back!

  I bought a beautiful half off diamond, ruby on a gold 14 carat braided band- can't beat that! Go ahead and stop by the store. Connie helped me out and she was wonderful.
