  This place has taken REALLY GREAT care of me since I moved here about 5 years ago! Can’t recall all the names of the folks but they’ve all been great, and the sweet owner lady is the best! Read through some bad reviews and couldn’t help but toss my experiences in. We’ve done returns, exchanges, purchased the exchange/warranty thing and used it successfully, and they’ve also scored us a handful of free repairs bc of how well they know how to navigate and represent their products. Sounded like some of those 1-stars either left out details of warranty/exchange experiences, or maybe didn’t understand the policies? This store rocks, we don’t buy from anyone else anymore, give them a chance and find out for yourself 💪😎

  Went to have a pair of sunglasses adjusted on 05/28 because they were constantly sliding down. The sales representative did a good job of doing the adjustment and also told me that plastic frames are more prone to lose their shape than the metal ones. I told her I would try them and then return them if I was still having the same issue (I purchased them last week). She proceeded to tell me that she would not be able to refund me for the glasses if they had been molded to the shape of my face. Molded to the shape of my face? I said I purchased them less than 30 days ago and was told that I could return them if they did not work out for me as long as they did not have scratches, etc. The sunglasses had not been worn for an extended period of time because they were not comfortable. I told her no worries, I’ll just return them to the store that I purchased them from. After the sunglasses were adjusted, they still were not staying in place. No way was I going to pass her store to go to the other store. I went back to this location the next day to return the sunglasses. This sales representative took the sunglasses and took her time cleaning them before processing the return. She asked if I had my credit card. I pulled it out but she did not need it for the return. I asked why she asked me for it and she said because she had to verify the numbers since it was purchased from another store. Is this true? It’s a credit back to the card not a debit! A few other passive aggressive behaviors took place and I’m not sure why. I left the store without her saying another word. Whew! Lady! Find some happiness! Lol! It’s just sunglasses! Looking at other reviews, I am not the first customer who has had this type of negative experience. I see that the owner’s responses, but the response should be to let her go and find a job that she enjoys. I love my other pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut. I will be purchasing from them again, but never from this location!

  Been a while since I visited a Sunglass Hut, however, it was worth the visit. The associate was extremely helpful, and the selection was much better than I expected. She found exactly what I was looking for (something I couldn't even find online). I also learned about (and bought) the upgrade warranty which has amazing value -- something you can't find online, either... Would definitely recommend.
