  Stopped in browsing for some new sunglasses since I had scratched my Maui Jim’s. I specifically wanted non polarized lenses and the staff was very helpful. I found a pair of Oakley HSTN SQ’s and love them! My wife also found a nice pair of Ray Ban’s.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sunglass Hut store recently. We visited to return a pair of sunglasses that we had purchased online, and as per the store’s return policy, this should have been a straightforward process. However, the sales associate (an older gentleman, likely in his 60s) told us that the policy had changed and that he could not accept the return in-store. This was confusing and frustrating. The next day, we visited another Sunglass Hut location, and they processed the return without any issue. The staff there even mentioned they had never heard of such a policy change. What made the experience worse was the way we were treated. It genuinely felt like we were being judged or unwelcome. Every time we looked at a pair of sunglasses, the associate would comment that they were “on the pricier side,” which was inappropriate and unnecessary. It’s not up to staff to decide what a customer can or cannot afford. Overall, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope Sunglass Hut addresses this kind of behavior, as it does not reflect well on the brand at all.

  Update : Very disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut. We visited the store for an exchange and even showed the exchange policy listed on the website, but the associate refused to help and simply said online purchases cannot be exchanged in store. There was no effort to assist, clarify, or offer any solution. The overall attitude felt unwelcoming, as if we were judged the moment we walked in. Extremely poor customer service and a very anti-customer approach. I expected much better from a brand like this. This was on Apr-14 around 6pm

  Whoever was working when I came in was a creep I had just finished shopping at VS with a fried and we walk into sunglass hut and the worker asks us “so did we get perfume or lingerie?” because he noticed our bags and after that he was breathing down our neck the whole time not leaving us alone

  This old lady named Roujelle (I think that’s her name) has brown hair and is genuinely the worst employee I’ve ever met, and she should be fired immediately. She argues so much and has the temperament of a toddler.
