- MGMatthew GambiniMay 23, 20261.0I’ve had several really bad shopping experiences here, mostly due to the persistent requests from staff to help you. Which on its face may sound silly but believe me when I say that it is so persistent that it’s borderline harassment. Maybe I look suspicious, not sure but either way I can’t stand it, and I can’t imagine most people wouldn’t find it annoying.The person that I presume to be the manager has a way of asking if you need help that always makes me feel like I’m trespassing. Today, my 4 year old son asks if he can use the restroom the nice man helping us points to where the bathroom is as we walk in that direction the manager says that BOTH bathrooms are for employees only and then instructs me to go 3 stores down to the Chinese restaurant. So basically they’re all about providing amazing customer service that they literally don’t let you walk freely through the store but when my child asks to use the restroom they send me away? It’s unbelievable and I won’t ever go back.
