- KKKatieMay 22, 20261.0Worker was so rude and told me to find an item myself even after I expressed my concerns, I cannot explain the extent of how unhelpful and disrespectful she was. Unsure of the workers name but it was a woman in customer service (how ironic). If you’re looking to shop with no stress, I recommend not going here, go to a different Belk. By the way, I never found the item.

- HWHillary WheelerApr 22, 20261.0I used to love this location but the employee working in the women’s fitting rooms is rude. It felt like a prison guard leading me into the fitting room. She yelled at me as soon as I entered the fitting room. She needs serious customer service training. There is a better way to instruct customers on item limit and new policies for fitting room procedures. As soon as I left the fitting room she was standing there like a hawk. I felt like I was doing something wrong just by entering and leaving the fitting rooms. I understand they are now enforcing fire code with the shopping cart rule but you can do that without all the attitude.
