- TMTracy MesserApr 23, 20262.0Very disappointed! Belk used to carry all the name brand selections. Now 90% of their shoes & clothing are Kim Roger store brand & crown & ivy. Most of the tops look like geriatric collection. Bathroom was awful.
- HWHillary WheelerApr 22, 20261.0I used to love this location but the employee working in the women’s fitting rooms is rude. It felt like a prison guard leading me into the fitting room. She yelled at me as soon as I entered the fitting room. She needs serious customer service training. There is a better way to instruct customers on item limit and new policies for fitting room procedures. As soon as I left the fitting room she was standing there like a hawk. I felt like I was doing something wrong just by entering and leaving the fitting rooms. I understand they are now enforcing fire code with the shopping cart rule but you can do that without all the attitude.

I only live a few minutes away, but I don’t usually go in there very often. I have to say I was very impressed with the merchandise and sales! . There was an employee behind the Estee Lauder counter that really helped me , Sarah! She was amazing. She helped me deal with the app and then you can just scan everything on your own. I found so many items I wanted and I decided to open a credit card with her friendly advice and an extra discount. I’m disciplined enough to keep it in control and the benefits there are actually quite impressive! Thank you Sarah! Belks is lucky to have her!!
