  This location has improved greatly within the last year. The customer service was not up to par in the past. Now they have a great staff! The ladies are always friendly and accommodating.

  I ordered 3 pair of jeans March 20th. They kept showing they would be delivered daily for a week then boom, no update after March 28th. I have contacted them multiple times and they keep saying I must wait 14 days after the last update for them to refund. I have waited almost a month, they took the money real quick, I didn't tell them to wait 14 days after I received the jeans for payment. But you know, they have the worst customer service. This has really ruined a company that I have shopped at for years and at this point I will not shop here again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST SHIPPING.

  I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a clothing store but here we are. I went in today, 9/27/25, and was greeted immediately by Claire. I explained to her the style I was looking for and she immediately gave suggestions. I recently lost weight so shopping can be awkward because I’m not at my goal weight but only remember shopping based on my previous size. I assumed I needed a larger size than I did. I rang the “bell” in the dressing room and Claire gave size guidance. Surprisingly, I was 2 sizes off. She made me feel very confident in what can sometimes be an intimidating process. I typically buy online but it felt good to be in an actual store and interact staff. Additionally, she assisted with giving me an amazing discount. I highly recommend this store and will be back soon.

  Customer service could be better. It’s awkward. No one stays at the register even though it looks like 6 ppl are working. The tall guy simply seemed annoyed unless he was sweet talking his co worker. Talk, date, whatever. It’s fine. But you’re still at work. You need more mature people working here. The atmosphere is uncomfortable.
