You have to walk up and ask them to stop talking to get them to even walk to a register, And even then they gave a nasty attitude and make sure the customer understand they didn't want to be bothered until they were done talking. And not one of the 4 people working there that we walked past asked if they could help find anything in the store. This is probably the reason this mall is dying. Stores might want to take a fresh look at employees before they close down stores. I promise I won't buy anything at another JCPenny.
