The services have definitely declined based upon the past reviews and my recent experience. I was disappointed and unsatisfied with my delivery order placed in early June 2026 for an arrangement of balloons, box of cupcakes, Dubai cookie, and box of fruit for a family member’s birthday. The arrangement of balloons were left at the Columbus, Ga store location and not delivered. I was advised that I could come pickup the balloons before closing. I opted not to and asked for a refund for the arrangement of balloons. I was informed to allow 10 business days for the refund to go back on my debit card. I have informed the store manager 2 times and called the 1800 number rep regarding this refund has not posted to my debit card. At this point, I will accept the fact that I will not receive this refund and shall do business somewhere else in the future.

Only solution she has was can I pick it up. Ella or whatever her name was could have at least been more friendly and sympathetic. Thanks for nothing.

It was melted and gross, my mom couldn’t even tell what it was supposed to be. In order to have anything done, my mother or I had to bring it to the store. After a late delivery and an inedible looking arrangement, this store continues to inconvenience people. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. If you cannot fulfill the orders the day they are expected, communicate or don’t accept the order. This franchise gives a bad look to the company name.
