The person working at the counter grabbed the box for the one we chose and I noticed the price was different. I compared the item code to the box and they were the same. When I pointed this out, Anthony/Andrew (I read his nametag but now can’t remember which it was) told me the price had changed seven months ago and wouldn’t let me buy the one that was less expensive. He then told me it was a different item number, even though it wasn’t. He insisted it was different and stuck the box into a different place. This felt incredibly dishonest. Anthony/Andrew lied right to my face and we all knew he was lying. I paid $25 more for the leatherman than I should have. Everyone else in the store was very nice and helpful. It’s too bad that my last interaction was with someone so dishonest. Very disappointed.
