The girl that answered the phone said she would check if they had the model in stock. She did say I have a customer in the store so it may be a few minutes. After 15 minutes on hold, I hung up. No call back, nothing. Ended up buying directly from the manufacturer. Sloppy service from people that clearly don't care.
- JTJohn TortosoJul 15, 20261.0I used to shop here because they honored the Oakley Standard Issue discount for first responders and military. Unfortunately, they suddenly stopped honoring it and told me the previous manager, who approved it, had been let go. Now they expect customers to pay full price way above MSRP. What made the experience even more frustrating was repeatedly being told they "own Oakley." That's not accurate. Both Oakley and this store are owned by EssilorLuxottica, the same parent company. They're sister companies not one owning the other. If you're going to represent the brand, at least be accurate and honor the discounts that Oakley offers through its Standard Issue program. Very disappointing customer service, especially after honoring the discount in the past. I won't be doing business here again.
