- BBBecky BurnsSep 12, 20261.0DO NOT BUY THESE GREY BOOTCUT PANTS!!!!!! Something is going on with the dye they used!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They don’t deserve any stars! Went to take back a pair of jeans that faded so bad after one wash they looked bleached and they would return them. I had my receipt. I had just purchased them 2 weeks before this. They were 69.99 pair of pants. They told me I had to call customer service. When I called customer service they said they couldn’t help me because I had not gotten them online. The quality of their clothing has went way down hill. And as someone who has been in the retail business 35+ years they have the worst customer service ever. So now what should I do with these pants I can’t wear? People work too hard to buy over priced cheap quality.

- DTDevin TarverMar 21, 20255.0Great customer service from Isabell. She made sure that my family paid the lowest price, by comparing all our items to the online prices. We whole heartedly thank you for your efforts. Her patience and kindness help us out.
