  Las time I came to this place was a year ago and went I went yesterday it remind me WHY. It was so UNPROFESSIONAL to see what it look like the Manager ( black girl with glasses) trying on clothes while she was on the clock, and telling the employees what to do. Let’s not talk about how Unprofessional some of the workers were.. looking like they didn’t want to be there and do their job. I took brand new clothes with tags and everything and all I got was $21 in top of that I got told that they didn’t took some of my clothes cause they were too mature. Do better Plato Closet and make sure your Managers are working instead of trying on clothes while on the clock. Oh and make sure the Managers are NICE to their employees cause I heard they are RUDE, maybe that’s why they loon like they hate their job.

  I went to go sell my clothes with about four bags of clothes ready and they told me that they was gonna be ready by 8:45 knowing that they close at nine. I went there around 7 o’clock seven thirtyish with an anticipation that I might be ready closer to nine which is no problem. I went there at 8:30 waited and it still said it was in the queue so then I tried going inside and they had locked the doors and I noticed that the time was 902 when I got the text message saying that it was ready, the cash I was gonna be used was very much needed for that night and I couldn’t make it for the next two days so therefore my clothes would just be donated and only a store credit and I can’t get the cash that I was supposed to get all because the system let me know too late that my clothes was ready and the people wouldn’t let me go cash out at 9:02 even though that’s when the text message ran through the employee shoot me away there was one really kind lady that told me that she can possibly give me a quote and she was very sweet, but the boy in the back and the other lady kinda looked around and showed me away when I had to show them the text message I received, and they still cannot do anything or open the registers to give me my cash. It was very disappointing and very rude on behalf of the employees that were in the back but the young lady that was there she was very sweet and was trying to help me out but she could do nothing at the end very disappointing and really bad customer service on the other peoples end.

  When the employees don’t want to thoroughly look they will just send stuff back untouched or sifted through and make excuses

  Actual worst location you could possibly sell at. They take forever, take maybe one thing, and give you nothing for it. I took a full bag with clothes with tags, in style, and they took the two things most out of style. Don’t waste your time. The employees are rude too. Not worth it. I’ve been giving them chance after chance to get it together but nothing has changed in over a year. Go here if you want rude help or ugly clothes
