- MWMelissa WaghJun 23, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with the experience I had. Only coming to leave review since I was unable to get in touch with corporate smh!! Came in on last Thursday to buy my son and husband a suit, and I a dress. Did not see any workers until I got near the checkout line. I was very disappointed to hear 2 of the workers discussing a coworker of theirs. One was tall with glasses and the other short with glasses and brown kinda hair. To overhear one state that she "prefers not to work under black managers" and the other one say "or at all" and they both laugh, was disappointing and tasteless!!! I will NEVER shop at Express again and will spread the word about what I heard. As someone with a husband of culture and kids, Express will never get my money again. What has this come to?
