- KMKiara McRaeMay 13, 20261.0First time stopping in an American Eagle and all the 20 years I have been coming to the mall of Georgia just received very rude and dismissive service from Lindsay not appreciated with my almost $100 purchase on just a pair of jeans. Don’t appreciate my bag being pushed toward me after checkout was complete and then she just walked off. Gabby was the only associate to welcome me in help me out. See if I needed anything much appreciated. Still won’t be back.

I ordered a sweatshirt and later discovered that it went on sale for an additional $10 off shortly after my purchase. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I could not receive a price adjustment because the item was not purchased at full price. Because of this policy, I have decided to return the item instead. Unfortunately, this means you have lost the sale due to the price adjustment policy, which I find disappointing. I wanted to share this feedback, as I believe a more flexible adjustment policy could help retain customers in situations like this.
