  I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Bealls location. While I was using the women’s restroom, an employee apparently reported to the manager that there was a man in the restroom. Instead of simply waiting or asking whether everyone in the restroom was a woman, the manager came into the restroom and asked if there was a man inside. When I came out, I offered to show my ID to verify who I was, but the manager declined to look at it. The situation was humiliating and made me feel singled out based on my appearance. I understand that staff may have concerns about customer safety, but this could have been handled much more respectfully and discreetly. I hope management provides additional training so situations like this are handled with more professionalism and without making customers feel embarrassed.

  Did not know this was an outlet store. Went last week and found some wonderful items with stellar prices. Loving my new tennis shoes with support.
