  I had a very disappointing experience. The young lady who checked me out was one of the rudest cashiers I’ve ever encountered. She didn’t say a single word to me throughout the transaction until I had to speak first. On top of that, she tried to charge me full price for an item that was clearly marked as being on sale. When I politely pointed out that it was on sale, she responded with an attitude instead of simply correcting the mistake. Customer service goes a long way, and being friendly and respectful should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses it.

  I have been to this location a few times and everyone’s been so welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

  just walked into this lulu in the augusta mall, didn’t get name… but there was one employee with bleached blonde hair that was very inattentive and unhelpful. please get rid of employees like this… i called corporate and they were able to help me just fine, unsure why she was able to.

  I love Lululemon quality & consistency. Unfortunately, this is the worst location I’ve ever been to for customer service. They are judgmental & “snotty”. Very disappointed in my experience.
