It is truly disheartening to have to write this review because just a few months ago I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his wife at the Evans location, and I left with such a positive impression. Unfortunately, my experience on July 1 was the complete opposite, and it ended up ruining my husband’s birthday celebration. I purchased a Charcuterie fruit board that cost just under $100. We brought it home and placed it in the refrigerator while we waited for guests to arrive. When it was finally time to serve it, we immediately noticed a very strong, unpleasant odor. At first, I thought it was coming from the plastic bag, but once we began eating the fruit, the fruit had absorbed the same smell. After removing the fruit, I realized the odor was also coming from the wooden serving board. The smell was overwhelming—almost like a floral chemical, fertilizer, very strong odor. It made the fruit inedible. To make matters worse, the fruit didn’t appear to be very fresh either( past its peak freshness) I called the store that evening, just after closing around 6:05pm., hoping to leave a message and receive a call back the next morning. Unfortunately, no one returned my call. When I went into the store the following day, the employee immediately smelled the board and acknowledged the odor. She contacted the owner while I was standing there. I’m literally listening to them on the phone. Instead of expressing concern or asking for my information so someone could follow up, the owner immediately began explaining what they were not going to do. At no point was I asked for my name, my phone number, or given the opportunity to explain what had happened. I wasn’t demanding a refund or trying to take advantage of the situation. I have spent thousands of dollars at Edible Arrangements over the years, and so have my business, family, and friends. I have never once complained or asked for anything. What hurt the most wasn’t even the money—it was the complete lack of empathy. I was told that I should have collected all of the bowls guests had already eaten from, put the fruit back onto the board, and brought it back to the store. That is simply not a reasonable expectation after serving food at a birthday party. A simple apology and acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Something as simple as, “I’m so sorry this happened. This isn’t the standard we strive for. I understand you’ve already served the fruit, so while I may not be able to issue a full refund, let’s see what we can do to make this right.” Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unimportant. Customer service isn’t only about replacing a product—it’s about how you make people feel when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience has permanently changed my opinion of this business. I can no longer recommend Edible Arrangements to my family, friends, or business associates, not because of a defective product, but because of the way I was treated when I gave them the opportunity to make it right.

Ordered my mom a mother's day arrangement from here. I chose delivery to her job and I spent 130$. My mom's gift never got delivered so I had to drive a hour to the store myself just to pick it up an take it to my mom. Also I had to wait at the store just because my arrangement was still out on the truck . I also ordered two mothers day balloons for the arrangement the Balloon wasn't even the one I picked. Highly disappointed!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AS THEY RUINED MY MOMS MOTHERS DAY. ALSO I DIDNT GET A DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING FOR ALL THE HASSLE! JUST RIDICULOUS

They delivered a week early due to mistake. The girl on the phone asked how to make it right and I told her to deliver it on the right day. The package they delivered was to the parent that doesn’t even have the recipient that weekend. She told me that the manager would call me and I never heard anything.
