  We love DSW and Ms. Arlene. Had a wonderful experience with her. Dealing with Ms. Traci on the other hand was not a wonderful experience. I wasn't greeted as soon as I walked in and that's okay didn't think too much about it until another lady walked in and she was greeted immediately &in a very pleasant tone. I came to exchange a shoe for a smaller size and knew they didn't have them in stock and would need to be exchanged, ordered there and shipped to my home.(Which is in the DSW policy that they do) I was told by Ms Traci " that was too hard and complicated and she wasn't going to do that" multiple times and that she was would have to just refund it and I would have to repurchase it online. Ms. Traci did agree after arguing with her about what I wanted and her attitude towards me since I walked in that she was going to actually do her job but I was on the phone with my fiancee explaining the situation to him and no longer speaking to her. That is when she decided to call Ms. Arlene to come help me. Who again was delightful and did not have to do to everything she did do for me. Give Ms. Arlene a raise. I understand everyone has bad days but to tell someone your not going to do something that is your job is kind blowing to me! I will never understand it.

  I have to give a shout out to the great customer service I received today from Ms. Denise. She checked on me while I was shopping, carried my shoes to the front of the store, made sure I received all of the discounts, and was so kind throughout my visit. She is top tier. Thanks again Ms. Denise!

  I had a wonderful experience at this DSW store. The manager is an awesome person! Thierry first priority is pleasing the customer. Ms Denise is so pleasant and do helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

  Always a great selection of shoes! Today the customer service was off 🤔 I was about to make an $80 purchase & changed my mind after I got the feeling that I was an imposition on the cashier at 11:30a in an empty store. The grimaces I received while inquiring on the price of 2 pair of shoes was unacceptable as was demonstrated by me not purchasing the shoes. This behavior is not what I'm accustomed to while shopping in this store. I refuse to spend my money where i am unwelcomed or imposing. Young lady, if you are reading this, I pray this review will encourage you to have a better day & smile. Your face is too cute to fix it in such ugly positions.
