- MDMegan DanielJul 13, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Walked in with my dad and saw a display of polo shirts at the front of the store with a large sign that said $24.99. The item tag said $34.99, but that also seemed right with the "sale" sign. At the register, it rang up for $34.99. We asked the cashier, and she went to check the sign then agreed with us and changed the price. She needed manager approval, and when the manager came over, he said it was only for the solid polos and not the ones with stripes and made her remove the price adjustment that was already given to us. They did not apologize or anything. Ended up walking out.
