- AAAiyana AlfredMay 4, 20261.0I stopped in here for a brief second to try on a dress and the cashiers were all chatting in the back. Noone greeted me as I entered and when I went to ask for the dressing room the lady turned looked offended and said its in the back and turned back to her conversation. I came back out to look at some shoes and instead of receiving any help the same lady visibly walked off from where I was standing. Very weird and rude interaction from someone in customer service.

The woman who assisted me was rude, lied & once proven that I was well in the time line for the return, refund was issued. I was then dismissed and told to take my trash with me. The "Trash" being the shipping plastics that the dress originally came in. I took the packaging and bid her a wonderful day with a smile! Needless to say, I won't be shopping at that store again.
