They were able to get the correct size shipped! The shoe was sold out everywhere and they made it happen for me😊I'm a Los Angeles, California native and I told them all about the 1st Vans store in California that I often visited as a teenager.🥰
- DDDCAug 1, 20261.0I watched the man at the register and on the sales floor 8/1 at 11:00am, only greet the white customers and they did it pretty well. When they got to me ,a person of color, I couldn’t get a simple hi. Strictly transactional, no courtesy in between. Writing this for any other people of color that may experience these micro aggressions in places like this. Regardless of how much you like their product.
