  Stopped by for a browse and ended up to be one of the best watches shop visits ever had, Stefan was very professional and took the time to show me some of the precious watches and great conversations. Highly recommend.

  I have had a fantastic experience every time I visited this boutique. It was all because of Stefan. He is the pinnacle of customer service and makes every moment spent at the boutique special. He makes clients feel heard, and is just a gem of a person. A true steward of the Vacheron brand, Stefan ensures the customer journey is just as special as the timepieces themselves.

  Was in Atlanta for a quick trip and had the pleasure of visiting the boutique just prior to closing time. Shawnee was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and a delight to chat with regarding all things Vacheron. The boutique is immaculate, and absolutely worth a visit if you are considering adding a Vacheron piece to the collection!

  Excellent customer service. The VC Team at Phipps are exceptional. I was Welcomed by a client advisor named Trokon. He was very courteous and showed me all the timepieces they had on display. I was impressed by his depth of knowledge about the brand. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a VC.
