  We purchased our engagement ring here. This would not happen without the help of your employee - Marvel! He is so knowledgeable, responsive, patient and of course 10000% professional. He’s also super nice to work with, every step with detailed explanations, made things way easier and smoother. We really appreciate his help and please promote him ASAP!!🙌🙌

  I had a very disappointing experience with Anita. The customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. My concerns were not addressed, and I felt ignored throughout the process. I expected much better communication and respect as a customer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service.
