  I am no stranger to luxury shopping and my last few visits at Cartier and Van Cleef have been mediocre. Even the Tiffany store at Lenox is just okay. But I went into the Tiffany at Phipps and was helped by Maryam and she’s a gem! She had truly brought back the luxury shopping experience. It doesn’t matter if you’re browsing, buying something that’s $2k, or spending $10k+ she makes you feel like a princess. She has made me a Tiffany customer for life.

  My experience at Tiffany & Co. was excellent and truly meaningful to me. Maryam was genuinely warm, welcoming, and highly professional. She introduced each piece with thoughtful detail, and the products are beautifully crafted with timeless design and outstanding quality. Overall, it was a smooth, sincere, and memorable experience that meant a lot to me.

  Bought Tiffany & Co. pearl earrings for my wife about 1 year and 4 months ago. The stud came off one of the earrings, and I was told it’s not covered under warranty. The store did the right thing and took care of it. Much better service in store than online.
