  Nysheba with the assistance of Kim in store 5400 ( yes I went out of my way to get the exact store and location) were beyond amazing, professional and transparent during my transaction. This weekend was my son’s birthday and him getting the Meta glasses 2 were one of the items on our to-do list. We purchased on 5/17, on 5/16 we traveled from Augusta to Mall of Georgia to shop, while there we were pressured for a sale and the sales team there lied to us about the amount of time the sale would be on and what they had in inventory to get a higher sale. We knew the truth due to calling around and a close family member working at our local store. We visited the store upstairs in Lenox mall near Zara where the employee, as I understood is the manager, from the employee there, was unprofessional and rude to both us and his staff. We were there to spend hard earned money on Meta for my son and designer glasses for myself as a Mother’s Day/ early birthday gift. He tried to run the same game as the employees at Mall of Georgia, instantly lying about the sale ending on 5/17 when it ends on 5/25. I didn’t ask either stores when the sale ended, it was their first sales tactic when I walked in. The store in Macy’s had the style but not the lens we wanted. Because the employees were honest ( never insinuated a sale ending early), honest about their inventory, walked my teen son through the specs and difference between both Meta 1 and 2 and even encouraged us to check the other stores and come back if we didn’t not find exactly what we wanted… we finally purchased from them. The ladies were so professional, and with all the other shoppers there, they made time for us all. No one around felt neglected and customers from all walks of life mentioned they will ONLY shoP store 5400 because they trust Nysheba and her staff. I am 400 dollars less rich but full of NO regret after our purchase. I’ve also purchased Designer glasses online through them thanks to their assistance. I will drive 2.5 hours from home to have them assist me again. This is my first SunglassHut experience, and I almost wrote off the store completely, the staff there changed my opinion on the store chain, her service should not go unnoticed. In this day and time-people are watching what, how and where they spend more than ever. As a person who works in UPPER MANAGEMENT, I understand the value of an amazing employee. If I could hire her in Augusta, I would in a heartbeat.

  Star was so helpful! She called the other Sunglas Hut location that had closed early for me to see if she could find someone to help me pick up my glasses and then helped me find a very close replacement pair in stock at this Macy’s location. Definitely recommend this location.
