- BRBrett RobinsonJun 29, 20261.0Sunglasses Hut, I bought a pair of Ray Bans on Tuesday 6/23. 5 days later, the ear piece separated itself from the metal swivel. It looked like it had been glued on with Elmer’s glue. Your store advised me there’s nothing that can be done other than wait a few months for replacement parts. No refund, no exchange, just a big screw you. Now I’m out nearly $200 with no option other than to buy more sunglasses and wait for an unknown period of months before my brand new ones can be “repaired.” I would strongly recommend that nobody ever step fit in a Sunglass Hut unless simply to try frames on and then go buy them elsewhere.

He was extremely hospitable and answered every question we had. He literally knew what every pair of glasses was and the specs and if they could have a prescription added or not. He knew prices, collabs and other specifics right off the top of his head. If I could only buy glasses at one sunglasses hut it would be his. This guy is going places give him a raise immediately! We’re originally from Columbus, Ga but we’ve decided Jordan will be our guy from here on out. 6/20/26

The lady working in the store today was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you come to this location if you're in need of some designer eyewear. Oh and they do have the Meta Ray Bans as well.
