He was exceptionally helpful and effortlessly broke the ice, getting me into a great conversation. Over the years, I’ve bought and lost several pairs of glasses from Sunglass Hut, so I was naturally hesitant about dropping another $500. I gave Tariq my budget, and he guided me straight to the perfect pair of Guccis. Thank you, Tariq, for turning a hesitant moment into an incredible shopping experience!

So now they’re refusing to honor my protection plan due to their shitty software which isn’t my problem. The attendant was very nice but this is horrible customer service to refuse something I paid for. Definitely don’t buy the protection plan….
- WWWolf WMay 23, 20265.0My husband and I went to Sunglass Hut at Lenox Mall to replace my 20-year old sunglasses (i.e. I don't buy sunglasses very often). Dina was friendly and very helpful in selecting options. After trying a few different sunglasses, I found a pair from Oakley that I loved and I was on my way. NOTE: if you're buying sunglasses with polarized lens, which many are at this point, you may not be able to see your HUD (Head Up Display) in your vehicle. I didn't even know that was a thing, but quickly discovered multiple forums online indicating this is an issue with HUDs, regardless of vehicle manufacturer, as they work off the premise of reflecting the image off of the windshield. Polarized lenses effectively block the "glare" of the HUD. I returned to Sunglass Hut the next day initially thinking I would return the pair I bought and select something else. Dina showed me several pairs of non-polarized sunglasses, and I settled on another pair of Oakley's. Her professionalism and desire to help me find the right sunglasses for my needs was phenomenal. So much so I decided to keep the original pair I bought and purchased a second pair to leave in my truck for use while driving. You've made a customer for life Dina! Thank you SO much, Wolf
