  YSL has my business from here on out! I wanted to treat myself to a nice pair of heels and I started at Neiman Marcus where I was practically laughed off and told if I wanted to try the shoe on I could try the display (no where near my size so how is that helpful?)….so we left, went across the street to YSL and from the moment we stepped in we were greeted by everyone! Animatun was the one who helped me and asked what I’d like to see, offered us drinks and made recommendations based on my needs and even helped me decide on the right size! I did want to try one more pair of heels from another place before I decided and told her that, so I didn’t purchase that day(&she was never once pushy!). I went to the other store and was never greeted, even as I browsed the many shoes displayed, while others were sat down with champagne. I left and returned to YSL where again I was greeted upon entry, and was provided with TOP TEIR customer service from Animatun and got the most beautiful heels! I’ll skip the other stores in the future and head straight to YSL.

  First time in this YSL and the customer service was amazing. They were friendly and caring.. I had already been to several other stores before walking into this store and I said I wasn't buying anything else. Till I saw these patent leather heels I loved. The nice sales rep let me know that the Patent leather didn’t have any stretch and for me to go up in size. They didn't have that size in their store but they found them at the California location and ordered them for me. I left happy. Wonderful customer service. Thank you to the 3 gentleman that helped me.

  Animatun and Q were extremely knowledgeable and kind. By far the best customer service I’ve received from any of the Saint Laurent stores

  It always astonishes me when a customer looking to make a substantial purchase is treated rudely by a sales associate that doesn't make enough money to buy from the store they work for.
