  I had such a wonderful experience at this location because of Franchesca! She went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, kind, listened to my ridiculous stories, knowledgeable, and most of all so friendly. She truly is the definition of great customer service! Thank you for going the extra mile!!!

  Was shopping around at the Lenox (Atlanta GA) location. And was gonna ask ask associate a question. She was helping someone else as they were asking about transitions for the meta glasses. The information she was giving them was completely false (she was claiming only a couple of transition colors were available, the ones they have in store). I chimed in because I have a pair and know you can fully customize. She got audibly angry with me and told me I was wrong. I told her she was in fact wrong. Looked at the other customer and simply pointed at my lenses that were visibly purple and had the ray ban stamp on them. Then she angrily admitted that yes, they could go online and get a custom pair. Why did this interaction even go this way? Why would she not only not want the customer to get the best help, but get mad at another customer for offering the correct information. Very unprofessional
