  Mucha falta de empatía de los trabajadores, si una persona llega sin saber inglés no pueden ser tan despectivo y cuando uno compra algo o cambia algo es xq uno está pagando por el producto no debería haber malas caras de los trabajadores

  I had the most wonderful experience today at the Lenox RayBan store. I was helped by Franchesca. She was friendly, professional, repaired my sunglasses on the spot, and polished them off with a much needed cleaning. Very much recommend this location. Great vibes.

  I don’t love buying or really know how to buy sunglasses for my face. Franchesca just the process of picking out glasses so positive. She answered all my questions kindly with no judgement and helped me pick out a perfect pair of glasses for my situation. Thank you so much my dear!!!
