  First off let me start with the only reason I didn't give this location a 1 star is because I have respect for the actual company. On the other hand I tend to do alot of my shopping online unless I'm looking for something specific then I'll go in store. Last time I was here at this location I spent a total of $367. For 1 polo shirt, khaki shorts, and two hats. This time when I walked in looking for a specific item the employees were of no help at all. Also slightly rude as if they didn't care to make a sale through me as a customer that doesn't mind purchasing if I see a employee trying at their job. The two employees I have complaints about are Niseren and Gregory. I'm not sure if the spelling is correct but Niseren was rude while folding clothes and not helpful when I asked about a hat. After I walked off to look at some clothes I looked at Gregory from maybe 10-15feet away and said "I have a question" while leaning on the front desk he replied "What is it". He didn't attempt to come to me. I had to ask him could he come closer. Finally I just asked for their names and Gregory had a issue with that question. Next time I'll just go to a different location or Macy's and purchase. Just thought I'd inform management and any customer looking for good customer service.

  Do yourself a favor and order online. Three employees ignored me and watched me kneel down on the floor to look for jeans which were on a lower shelf. They still offered no help. I don’t think Ralph Lauren himself is that stuck up.
