    I went to Nordstrom Rack to exchange the exact same shoe for a different size (11 to 12)....I was told I had to pay .21 cents because the tax was different where I bought the shoe😳I was like are you serious! I was so irritated by the complete nonsense that even the store manager repeated I returned the shoe. Sometimes use and make an executive decision that makes more sense.

    Very unhappy customer. The store manager was caught changing prices to higher amounts and double scanning items purchased. The manager also used a sarcastic tone after conftronting her. BEWARE, use another location. Bloomingdale's downstairs provides much higher quality and customer service is better. I am disappointed because I used to love Nordstrom Rack. I guess the Atlantic Station will be opening soon!
