  Very unhappy customer. The store manager was caught changing prices to higher amounts and double scanning items purchased. The manager also used a sarcastic tone after conftronting her. BEWARE, use another location. Bloomingdale's downstairs provides much higher quality and customer service is better. I am disappointed because I used to love Nordstrom Rack. I guess the Atlantic Station will be opening soon!

  I didn't particularly enjoy my experience at this location. I just seemed to have a tough time finding anything that I was excited about buying.

  I’ve visited Nordstrom Rack at Buckhead Loop twice in the past month, and both times I had the pleasure of being assisted by Cashier Shauna C. She is consistently efficient, courteous, and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service—even when the line is long. Shauna never appears stressed and always greets guests with a warm smile. Thank you, Shauna C., for your consistently friendly and outstanding service!
